MSE ICS wish to understand more about how and why you came to have a blood pressure monitor, and how your experience of monitoring your blood pressure impacts your health and wellbeing. This will allow us to provide recommendations for the development of future remote monitoring programmes that deliver better experiences.
This survey is based on one undertaken by Healthwatch England, and we now want to compare national results with those residents from the mid and south Essex area.

We encourage anyone who uses a blood pressure monitor at home to give us their views. The survey should take 10-15 minutes to complete, but it may take a little longer if you choose to write long responses.

Anonymity
Your responses will be used by the MSE ICS for the purposes of analysis and reporting on an anonymous basis. Any data shared with us, will NOT contain any information that could identify you. The report will be available to the public and anonymous quotes may be included.

Data security
Your data is protected under General Data Protection Guidelines. Further information on our Privacy Statement can be found online at Privacy - Mid and South Essex Integrated Care System (ics.nhs.uk

Closing date
We are extending the closing date for this survey until 5pm on Friday 4 November 2022.
