Our Annual Report 2020-21 - 'On Equal Terms', holds the work that we have carried out this year including Cancer Conversations, Mental health and Coronavirus, as well as highlights of the year which include being highly commended in the Healthwatch Network awards 2020.
We heard from 1,844 people this year about their experiences of health and social care.
We provided advice and information to 726 people this year.
We engaged with and supported 1025 people during the COVID-19 pandemic this year.
