    Healthwatch Thurrock were commissioned to conduct conversations with individuals to identify the quantity, source and consistency of information received by patients following diagnosis of cancer.

    We have had another year of successes for the residents of Thurrock, where real face to face engagement and listening to what people have told us about the services they use has resulted in some real changes.
